Position: Mobile Service Support Technician   Location: Plant 7
Classification: Hourly   Department: Customer Service
    Salary X Reports To: SRT Manager

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:            
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• On site installation, repair, maintenance to units.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Coordinate the workflow into schedule
 • Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes and maintain CDL log book
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner 
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers and dealers
• Train dealers during visits 
Secondary Job Duties & Responsibilities:            
Report to rallies and handle customer repairs 
Fill out paperwork and work orders while attending rallies
Enter Cases into NetSuite of units with larger issues that can not be repaired at rallies
Education Required:     Training/Certification Required:  
*High School Diploma • Must have or be able to acquire a CDL   
  • Technical training and/or RVIA certification 
  • Basic computer skills   
Experience Required:     Work Environment:      
 • Proven field service experience

 • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours and to adapt to changing work schedules
